Mark Forrest brings you an afternoon of exclusive music-making, including performances a great summer of music-making in the U.K and abroad.

From Amsterdam, the Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra, directed by violinist Michael Waterman, performs Bach鈥檚 Concerto in D minor. Also from the Dutch Summer Concerts, pianist Yulianna Avdeeva joins the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra and conductor Tianyi Lu for Rachmaninov鈥檚 dazzling Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.

At the Utrecht Early Music Festival, mezzo-soprano Eva Za茂cik joins Le Po猫me Harmonique, directed by Vincent Dumestre, for Vivaldi鈥檚 Invicti, bellate, a dramatic motet showcasing the composer鈥檚 flair for theatricality and virtuosic vocal writing.

And from the Edinburgh International Festival, the Pavel Haas Quartet performs Dvo艡谩k鈥檚 much-loved String Quartet No. 12 in F major, Op. 96, 鈥淎merican鈥�, a work rich in warmth, rhythmic energy and folk-inspired melody.
