Is life too short for seven-a-day?
A team at University College London say the UK's current "five-a-day" message may need to be updated and eating more fruit and veg can reduce the risk of an early death.
Zoe Harcombe, an obesity researcher and the author of "The Obesity Epidemic", says the claims are "just nonsense" and Dr Kate Stewart is a medical sociologist from the University of Nottingham.
