Cantona's kung-fu kick: How did Ferguson react?
Former Crystal Palace manager Alan Smith says Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson reacted with incredulity after witnessing Eric Cantona's attack on a fan at Selhurst Park in January 1995.
Cantona was banned from football for nine months after kicking a supporter and Smith explains what he and Ferguson made of the event immediately after the match, with Smith saying that the emotion of the occasion gave Ferguson 'tunnel-vision'.
