Caster Semenya's comeback
Caster Semenya has won three gold medals at the Confederation of African Athletics Championships in Durban - in the 800m, 1500m and 4x400m relay races.
She was instructed to take a gender test by the IAAF in 2009, and has been subject to ongoing scrutiny since then.
The IAAF is currently assessing a ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport that testing on female athletes taking testosterone suppressants should be suspended.
