'The LRA is no longer relevant'
Five years after the viral Kony 2012 campaign calling for the capture of the Ugandan warlord Joseph Kony - the military operation against his Lord's Resistance Army, led by American and Ugandan forces - has come to an end - without his capture. They say the group is no longer a threat.
The 麻豆社's Catherine Byaruhanga was in Obo in the Central African Republic and spoke with Lieutenant Corporal Armando Hernandez, the spokersperson of the US Army Africa. She asked him if they felt the fight against LRA was over?
