Ethiopia conflict: 'The people of Tigray are dying' says TPLF
Fighting is still raging in Ethiopia's Tigray province as a threat hangs over the regional capital, Mekelle. The military in Addis Ababa has said they will use artillery fire and show no mercy. There are usually half a million residents, but tens of thousands have already fled, many to Sudan. Fears abound for the fate of hundreds of thousands of civilians who remain. Focus on Africa鈥檚 Bola Mosuro has been speaking to Tessema Fesseha Asghedom is a former Ethiopian Ambassador to Germany and senior diplomat who is now advising the TPLF.
