ICC's chief prosecutor investigates war crimes in Sudan
The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, has been in Sudan investigating war crimes committed during the rule of the ousted president, Omar al Bashir. Human rights groups have long accused Bashir of using a 鈥渟corched earth policy'鈥 against his opponents, involving rape, killing and torture. Mercy Juma speaks to Mr Khan about what he鈥檚 seen in Sudan.
