Civilians 'must be protected' in Tigray
Delegations from the Ethiopian government and the Tigrayan People鈥檚 Liberation Front (TPLF) have arrived in South Africa to begin negotiations aimed at bringing an end to the two-year civil war. Meanwhile, fighting is continuing in Tigray, and the global human rights organisation, Amnesty International, has called on both sides of the conflict to protect civilians. Bola Musuro heard from Fisseha Tekla, Amnesty International鈥檚 Ethiopia Researcher for more.
