Malawi Health Minister: Cyclone Freddy 'totally unexpected'

Malawi's Health Minister Khumbize Kandodo Chiponda has described cyclone Freddy as "the most devastating ever" in the nation's recent history, and "totally unexpected". So far the cyclone has claimed at least 225 in severe flooding and mudslides, and tens of thousands of people have lost their homes. Ms Chiponda says one of the biggest challenges for the rescue operation has been to reach people in cut-off areas.
