Jim Dale from British Weather Services explains why everywhere is so waterlogged, after new statistics showed England has had its wettest 18 months on record. It's affecting sports fixtures, farming, gardening and where we can go for a day out!
Jim is a Senior Meteorological Consultant and co-author of the upcoming book Surviving Extreme Weather, and is on hand to spell out why things aren't 'just' unusually wet.
