'Eating disorders infiltrate every aspect of your life'
Nurse and mental health coach Jay Stevenson suffered from atypical bulimia after developing the eating disorder in 2010.
Since recovering, he鈥檚 been speaking out on social media about male eating disorders.
Speaking to 5 Live Breakfast, Jay said eating disorders 鈥渋nfiltrate every aspect of your life.鈥
鈥淏ulimia specifically was something that held so much shame, so it was a huge secret,鈥 he says.
"I knew that I needed to start talking about it and I鈥檝e had an incredible response."
