Hundreds of thousands follow the traditional baking adventures of Simon Hill, and has incredible created a community full of positivity that's led to marriages and saved lives.

Simon Hill started by filming himself at a bakery in North Herefordshire, showcasing the intricate craft that goes in to the bits of the bakery customers normally don't get to see. Hundreds of videos later, he's created a huge audience for himself, transforming his original accounts as a photographer, with his efforts being seen all over the world.

He tells Sophie Millward how he's proud to have created a safe space for his followers, which has even led to a moderator getting married to someone they met in the comments, and being able to hear how he's helped people going through the darkest of times.
