Megan Jones, from Droitwich, is autistic, and set up her salon at the start of 2025, offering inclusive treatments for people with disabilities, respecting their boundaries.

Megan tells Tammy Gooding how she's proud to show that people who are neurodivergent and have learning difficulties can achieve great things. During her life, she says, 'I've noticed that the world isn't always accommodating and inclusive' and wants to change that at The Beauty Spectrum.
