A Worcestershire restaurant is set to deliver an alternative festive menu on the big day. Chefs from Spice Fusion at Dunhampton near Stourport say they want to increase choice at Christmas.

Surveys show an increasing number of people are turning away from roast turkey in search of different meals on 25th December, from pizza to curries and other South Asian-inspired dishes.

Head Chef Sudha Saha tells Elliott Webb the elements of their three course menu, aimed to make life easier for people this Christmas, either through dine-in or delivery.
