Owen Cooper: Worcester's first Welterweight Champ?
The 'Worcester Warrior' went to school opposite the Lea & Perrins factory with the smell of Worcester sauce in his lungs. He says says fighting for the British title is a 'dream'.
The pro boxer, who trains at a gym on Sherriff Street near Shrub Hill train station, tells Kate Justice how he started life as a footballer, using boxing as a way to get fit.
Cooper follows in a boxing dynasty, with his father Steve taking part in 35 professional bouts.
