Peter Obi questions legitimacy of Nigeria elections
Nigerian electoral candidate, Peter Obi, has questioned the fairness of the election.
Nigeria's opposition Labour Party leader, Peter Obi, has spoken to the media for the first time since the election. The third-placed candidate has vowed to prove in court that his supporters were "robbed" of victory. Bola Tinubu of the ruling APC party was declared the winner, with 37% of the vote.
We hear an update on Cyclone Freddy, which has caused the death of at least 14 people in Madagascar and Mozambique. The number of people affected by the cyclone has risen to 383,000.
And a drama troupe is touring parts of Cameroon with a musical stage and theatre performances in cities across the country.
