Fierce clashes have been continuing in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum between the army and the Rapid Support Forces, despite ongoing peace talks mediated by US and Saudi Arabia.
Cameroon is experiencing an upsurge in the number of women killed, especially by their partners. People are recently coming to terms with the killing of nearly 30 women in less than two months.
