"I don't think I could do my work without RadioÌý4 keeping me entertained and informed. Women's Hour featured a ÌýBotanical Artists exhibition. What an inspiration! RadioÌý4 was broadcasting from the Hampton Court Flower Show, but it was the sights I saw when I left that I wanted to capture in paint. Lack of botanical content made my painting unacceptable for the Botanical Artists Exhibitions Ìýbut surely it's appropriate for this as it would not have been painted at all if it were not for RadioÌý4."
