"Occasionally you can be inspired by issues raised by broadcasters such as John Humphrys. His style of interviewing usually leaves me thankful I am not his interviewee, as I almost squirm thinking how the person can get out of this corner. It wakes you up in the morning like a sharp bowl of grapefruit. Veg Talk, which is a Friday afternoon programme, talks passionately about seasonal Ìýfruit and vegetables and its uses. It puts me in mind of this painting I did of Daventry Market where the shoppers are scurrying around buying fruit and vegetables."
