"Whilst listening to the Shipping Forecast I wondered what Dogger, Fisher, German Bight actually look like. I had the idea of visiting all of those places and painting them. This grew from an exhibition theme into a book of my travels. Along the way I was filmed for Â鶹Éç1’s The Weather Show and was the seasick artist on Â鶹Éç2’s infamous Close Up: ÌýRadio Heads. I was also on Midweek. The book was adopted by the RNLI to celebrate their 175th anniversary and is in its fifth print run."
