Fuel Smuggling in Cambodia Two-thirds of petrol sold in Cambodia is smuggled, mostly from Vietnam.
In a report from Phnom Penh, Outlook hears from the smugglers/vendors who sell it on the streets, and motorists who choose to buy it rather than 'official' fuel. We also hear comments on the problem from a government official and an oil company representative.
