"I don't listen to the radio; I like it to filter through my head. I work from home and paint or draw all day. It is a solitary lifestyle in contrast to my childhood spent drawing surrounded by a large verbose family, or at the back of Ìýlessons at school. RadioÌý4 provides the voices that chat to me about what is going on in the world outside my studio (and outside my head) without demanding a response or Ìýmy constant attention.
